When you purchase a subscription you agree to receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription details that you select.
Your subscription is pay as you go, therefore the payment method you entered when you signed up will be charged depending on the option chosen at the time your order is processed. You are always able to change/update your payment method in your BN VIP Family Portal.
Your payment details are stored securely and you'll only be charged when your subscription orders are processed.
If you want to cancel, pause or change your subscription, you can do so at any time in your BN VIP Family Portal. Additionally, your order confirmation emails have links to your order where you can manage your subscription as well.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. Please see our Refund policy for more details.
